KISA adapts to your vision needs, whether you have low vision or no vision
Over 575,000 Australians are visually impaired, with over 66,000 considered totally blind. Research shows there is a direct link between vision impairment and depression. This problem worsened during the pandemic. It’s important to help blind and visually impaired people stay connected with family, friends, carers and healthcare professionals to ensure health and safety.
KISA Devices can be customised to include Braille or large, tactile buttons making them easy to use. With optional features like KISA Reminders and KISA Shield, our devices help blind and visually impaired people stay connected and independent.

The KISA Device was designed for the use of anyone who struggles with modern mobile technology. People who have never used a mobile phone, who struggle with navigating the menu system of conventional phones, or people who suffer from physical or mental disabilities that make them unable to use the mobile phones currently in the market.
The KISA Device was designed in collaboration with Vision Australia and comes in bright colours with optional raised buttons and can also be printed in Braille, making it ideal for the vision impaired.
KISA Device is a simple mobile phone that can be very useful for people with poor or low vision. It has large tactile buttons that can be customised with clear text or photos that make it easy to recognise the contacts.
