These groups of people may have difficulties with using conventional smartphones, or may have specific needs that KISA Phone can address.
KISA Phone works by pressing one of the pre-programmed buttons to make a call to a selected contact. You can also receive incoming calls with the answer button in the top left corner. The KISA Phone also has an SOS button that can dial emergency services if needed.
KISA Phone has a minimalist design that eliminates unnecessary features and complications. It has no screen, keypad or digital menus, and only has a few buttons that can be customised with large text or images.
The buttons are programmed to call the selected contacts, and the KISA Phone also has a loud speaker and microphone. The KISA Phone is easy to hold, charge, and operate, and can be used with any network provider.
The KISA Phone has a dedicated SOS button on the back panel which connects the user directly to emergency services. The back panel can also be printed with emergency contacts, medical conditions, or allergies; information that can save a person’s life. The GPS features of the KISA Phone also make it easier to locate a missing child or an elderly relative.
The KISA Phone is 59mm wide, 114mm tall, and weighs only 95 grams. This makes it comfortable to handle and carry around, even on a lanyard around your neck.
You can purchase a KISA Phone online through the KISA website. You can choose between two options: buy the KISA Phone outright or with a SIM plan.
If you buy the KISA Phone outright, you can use any network provider and SIM card that is compatible with the KISA Phone.
You get a discount if you purchase the KISA Phone with SIM plan. The SIM plans start from $15 per month and include calls and data. The KISA Phone will be locked to the KISA network if used with a KISA mobile plan. You can also choose to add optional services such as GPS Location, Reminders and KISA Shield for additional fees.
When you buy a KISA Phone, you will receive a free charger, charging cradle and lanyard. You will also get a personalised KISA Phone with up to 10 pre-programmed buttons, a SOS button, a loudspeaker, a headphone jack and important medical information on the back.
You can also choose to add optional accessories and services such as a pouch, a magnetic cable, earphones, rubber bumps, GPS Tracking, Reminders and KISA Shield.
You can change the contacts on your KISA Phone anytime by logging into your online account and editing the KISA Phone settings. You can also call our customer service team and ask them to make the changes for you.
