Using your KISA Phone with BYO SIM
You must order, activate and configure your SIM card yourself before installation
You must load your SIM card into your KISA Phone
All account issues or queries must be directed to your service provider
Account payments are made through your service provider
Service coverage issues must be reported to your service provider
Your service provider may not understand how a KISA Phone functions
KISA customer support cannot assist you with any SIM-related issues or troubleshooting.
KISA Mobile Billing
All KISA SIM plans use anniversary billing with the plan commencing on the day you purchase your plan.
You may switch plans at any time and move between Red or Blue plans before the end of the billing cycle.
Switching between Red or Blue plans requires a new SIM which must be sent via post.
You may switch plans within your Red or Blue plan at any time before the end of the billing cycle.
